Considered by many to be the most premium Oakless Chardonnay made in California. Given the popularity of the 2005 vineyard designate and the 2006 Foppoli Reserve, we did not deviate from the original production methods of making this wine entirely in stainless steel, left sur lie for 85-days, and no malolactic fermentation. A method that promotes the true nature of Chardonnay fruit--kiwi, green apples, pineapple, and grapefruit flavors abound--the perfect every-day glass of wine. Only 308 cases produced.
